Please let me know your preferred backdrop when booking. If you change your mind, please tell me at least 24 hours before your session so I can prepare the alternative setup.If you would like to use more than one backdrop, you can book two sessions, subject to availability.

Each backdrop is designed to comfortably accommodate a family of approximately two parents and up to three children aged 10 or under. If you have a larger family or would like to include grandparents or other relatives, please contact me before booking so we can discuss your options.

I understand how difficult it can be to find a photographer who is happy to accommodate newborn babies, and I'm happy to help.Please remember that these are Christmas mini sessions, not dedicated posed newborn photoshoots. The focus is on festive family portraits rather than specialised newborn posing.If you have a newborn and would like extra time for feeding, settling and cuddles, I recommend booking the longest available session.

Please let me know in advance if you would like to bring a pet. I want to make sure your pet will feel comfortable. If your pet is likely to be frightened by camera flashes, unfamiliar surroundings or new people, I recommend leaving them at home so we can focus on creating a relaxed experience for your family.

Coordinated outfits often look lovely in photographs. You could choose matching Christmas pyjamas, cosy jumpers or outfits in complementary festive colours. Think about colours that work well with your family and chosen backdrop.I use a carpet for the sessions, so shoes are generally not recommended. The sets are designed to feel cosy and homely. Socks are a lovely alternative, and some families enjoy wearing matching Christmas socks!If you prefer to wear shoes, please make sure they are clean and have not been worn outside.

I work with children regularly and understand that every child is different. For the best results, try to book at a time when your child is usually happy and alert rather than sleepy, and make sure they have eaten. Bring their favourite toy or comforter, and let me know if there is a favourite song or activity that helps them feel comfortable. Most importantly, don't worry if your little one needs time to warm up. I'll do my best to make the session enjoyable and capture their personality.

Please don't worry. Children don't need to smile on command, and some take a little time to feel comfortable. I'll do my best to help your little ones relax and capture their personalities naturally. Every child is different, so I can't guarantee a particular expression or pose, but we'll make the most of our time together.

You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled session and receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable, as it may not be possible to offer the appointment to another family.You may reschedule your session once, subject to availability. After a rescheduled appointment, I'm unable to offer another reschedule.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Christmas is a busy period, and sessions are scheduled closely together. If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the originally scheduled time. If no family is booked immediately after you, I'll be happy to extend your session where possible. However, please don't rely on this, as appointments are usually booked back-to-back and I may not be able to offer extra time. Thank you for understanding and helping me make sure every family gets the most out of their Christmas photoshoot.

All packages include high-resolution digital photographs only. Printed photographs are not included.Once your edited images are ready, you'll receive them digitally so you can download and keep them. You're very welcome to print your photographs yourself, whether you'd like to create Christmas cards, display them in frames or make a special gift.

Yes! If you fall in love with more photographs than your package includes, you can upgrade to a more expensive package or purchase individual additional edited images for £10 each.

After your session, I'll ask you to select your favourite photographs for editing. Please try to make your selection within 5–7 days of your session.Once I receive your selection, editing usually takes 3–5 days. I understand how important it is to receive Christmas photographs in time for the festive season, and I'll do my best to meet this turnaround.However, if you submit your selection late, I can't guarantee delivery within 3–5 days because my editing capacity may be limited during this busy period.

Every selected photograph is edited individually by me. Standard editing includes enhancing the image, adjusting lighting and colours, adding a little extra Christmas sparkle where appropriate, and gently smoothing adult skin while keeping it natural.If you have a specific editing request, please tell me before I begin editing. I'll explain what is possible and any limitations.I edit the selected photographs manually and do not place AI-generated images over your original photographs. My aim is to preserve your family's real expressions and create beautiful Christmas memories.
