​

Service Description

This service provides AI-generated images created based on photos submitted by the client.

Clients must upload the required number of images after purchase.

If:

• no images are uploaded, or

• images are low quality, unclear, or insufficient

the client will be contacted to provide additional images.

If the client confirms that no additional images will be provided, a full refund will be issued.

If the client does not respond, the order will remain on hold and the 48-hour delivery timeframe will not begin.

Age Requirement

This service is intended for individuals aged 18 or over.

By using this service, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old

• you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are required upfront.

Payments are non-refundable once suitable images have been provided and processing has begun.

Refunds after delivery are not guaranteed and are provided at the sole discretion of the provider.

If the client is not satisfied with the results, the provider may review the request and offer one revision where appropriate.

By purchasing this service, the client agrees not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting the provider to resolve the issue.
 

Image Upload Requirements

To achieve the best results, clients must provide:

• 10–20 clear photos

• Photos where the face is clearly visible

• A variety of angles and expressions

• No sunglasses or face obstruction

The submitted photos should reflect how the client naturally looks and how they are comfortable seeing themselves.

The provider is not responsible for dissatisfaction caused by:

• poor quality uploads

• limited variation in images

• unrealistic expectations
   

Revisions

Each order includes one revision.

Additional revisions are not guaranteed.
 

AI-Generated Results

All images are generated using artificial intelligence.

By purchasing this service, the client acknowledges that:

• Results may vary

• Images may include artistic interpretation

• Final images may not be a 100% accurate representation

• AI generation is subject to technical limitations and occasional inconsistencies

The client accepts that results are influenced by the quality and type of images provided and may not meet subjective expectations.

Exact likeness is not guaranteed.
 

Turnaround Time

Delivery time is 48 hours (working days).

The 48-hour timeframe begins only after sufficient and suitable images have been received.

If additional images are required, the timeline is paused until they are provided.

In some cases, delivery may be delayed by up to an additional 48 hours.

If a delay occurs, the client will receive one extra image free of charge.

The provider is not responsible for delays or issues caused by technical failures, third-party platforms, or AI system limitations.
 

Image Usage Rights

Both the client and the provider have the right to use the final images.

This includes:

• Personal use

• Portfolio use

• Marketing and promotional use

If you prefer your images not to be used for marketing, you must notify us before processing begins.
 

Content Restrictions

The service does not create or support:

• Images of children

• Nude or sexually explicit content

• Sexually suggestive content

• Content intended to mislead, impersonate, or deceive others

• Illegal, offensive, or inappropriate material

The provider reserves the right to refuse any content.
 

Client Responsibility

By submitting images, the client confirms that:

• they have the legal right to use all uploaded photos

• they have permission from any person shown

• they are not uploading images of another person without their explicit consent

The client must not upload images of any person without their explicit consent.

The provider is not responsible for misuse of the service by the client.
 

Style & Expectations

Reference images are used for inspiration only and will not be replicated exactly.

The service does not guarantee business, social, or professional outcomes.
 

Conduct & Misuse

Abusive behaviour, inappropriate communication, or misuse of the service may result in refusal of service without refund.
 

File Delivery & Storage Responsibility

Final images will be delivered via email or download link.

It is the client’s responsibility to download and safely store their images within the storage period.

The provider is not responsible for lost files after deletion.
 

Limitation of Liability

The provider is not responsible for:

• subjective dissatisfaction

• differences in expectations

• indirect or financial losses

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
 

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made.
 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

What Data We Collect

We may collect and process:

• Uploaded photos (including facial images)

• Name and contact details (email)

• Order and payment information

• Communication related to your order

Uploaded images may include biometric data (facial features).
 

How Your Data Is Used

Your data is used only for:

• Creating AI-generated images

• Training temporary AI models (LoRA)

• Delivering your results

• Communicating with you

Your data is not sold or used for third-party marketing.
 

Legal Basis (UK GDPR)

We process your data based on:

• Your consent – when you upload your images and agree to this policy

• Performance of a service – to create and deliver your AI-generated photos

For facial data (biometric data), explicit consent is required and is obtained via a required checkbox before upload/payment.

You may withdraw your consent at any time before processing begins. Once processing has started, your data may no longer be removable as it is required to complete the service.
 

Data Storage & Retention

• Uploaded images and results are stored for up to 30 days

• AI models (LoRA) are stored for up to 1 month

• After this, all data is permanently deleted
   

Data Sharing

Your data is not sold.

It may be processed using secure third-party tools (e.g. cloud storage) only to complete your order.
 

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, including:

• Secure storage systems

• Restricted access

• Limited retention

However, no system is completely secure.
 

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data

• Request correction or deletion

• Withdraw consent (before processing begins)

Children’s Data

This service does not accept images of children.
